I rally my considerable strengths to support my clients with efficiency, professionalism, and dynamism in their life-changing projects. This may be in assisting and guiding them in the search for their perfect property in our beautiful Côte d'Azur, or in the preparation, care, and successful sale of a valuable and often much-loved property.
After obtaining my French degree in computer science and economics, I spent ten years working in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, broadening my horizons, and mastering the English language.
These experiences have made me an engaging communicator, able to adapt to the needs of varied nationalities, and excelling at working in the very international property marketplace that our region undoubtably is, and that I love and thrive in.
On my return home to France, I settled with my family on the Côte d'Azur, and my children attended the Centre International de Valbonne.
For several years, I was responsible for a large portfolio of seasonal-rental properties for an international agency, my geographic area extending from Menton to Toulon, a vast stretch of coastline, and I met with and advised hundreds of owners, guiding them on the development and presentation of their properties, and keeping them updated with the help of photos and videos.
My curiosity is limitless, and my taste for learning has helped me to become knowledgeable in the important fields of regulations, and town planning, but also photography and professional video making, valuable skills in real estate today.
Attentive and with an accumulation of knowledge that I have gained over years, I take pleasure in sharing it with clients, and sharing my experiences, and my trusted network of contacts.
A fan of property videos, I frequently organises virtual tours, and live virtual visits, allowing my clients to discover first-hand the properties that meet their search criteria. Buyers who are not on site can thus truly move forward with their projects remotely, and better prepare for their visit to the region when they are able to travel.
As an example, in 2021 I sold a pretty beachfront villa in Saint-Aygulf to delighted clients who were unable to travel, but with the aid of my camera, my enthusiasm and energy, my honesty, they realised their dream. Happy clients.
Outside of real estate and when I want to relax, I love to travel to Italy and especially Tuscany, where my family produces delicious olive oil. I also spends time with friends and family, organising weekend walks and treks in the country side, often followed by a hand-picked authentic local restaurant.
