Real estate is a powerful thing.
It is for many people one of, or perhaps the biggest investment in their life, and finding and deciding on the location and the home they are going to buy and love is crucial. Where you live, even if it is to be a secondary home, becomes a center of your universe ; your ‘home-base’ and a place where memories are made.
Originally from Denmark, I came to the French Riviera planning to work for a year, to discover the area and the culture of the region. Little did I know, that I would fall in love with it ; with the climate, the nature all around me, the beautiful Mediterranean, the nearby mountains, and now I have been here for more than 25 years.
I always knew that I wanted to find a path which would lead me to helping others, and after several years of helping non-French people to get installed on the French Riviera, I found my true calling. 17 years ago I began a career in real estate, serving clients and guiding them through the often bewildering real estate processes on the Côte d’Azur.
Thinking of my clients as family or friends, sellers and buyers alike, I work tirelessly to keep the processes fluid, moving, ultimately successful, and as stress-free as possible.
My chosen home-base for the past 20 years has been and remains La Colle sur Loup, located right next to the famous village of Saint Paul de Vence. I love the authentic villages, walks by the river, along the nearby seascapes, or in the mountains with my partner, our son and beloved dog, and biking (electric as it is a very hilly area) to one of the nearby villages for a coffee.
Specialised in the areas around Tourrettes sur Loup, Vence, St Paul de Vence and La Colle sur Loup, I combine my wealth of local knowledge and enthusiasm for optimising the potentiel of a property, with offering advice on decoration if asked, to ensure maximum exposure for prestigious homes when they come up for sale. I make it my business to match my clients’ every expectation of me, both buyers and sellers, and to deliver quite simply, exceptional customer service.
Being a Senior Property Consultant and a part of the Fine and Country French Riviera Management team since the very beginning, I am always happy to guide and introduce clients to the team member with the best knowledge of other areas of the French Riviera than my own, because between us the team covers it all.
