Subsequently, I managed my own establishment for about fifteen years—an intimate hotel-restaurant where culinary excellence merged with warm hospitality and attentive service. The smiles and loyalty of the clientele were the most beautiful rewards.

Returning to the French Riviera marked a reconnection with my roots and the commencement of a new venture in real estate.
