I grew up on a farm in Zimbabwe, a different world to the Cote d’Azur where I live now, though equally lovely.
I love many things in life, but some stand out, particularly exquisite surroundings, and beautiful real estate. Both of which I found in Cannes, and both of which have served to inspire and motivate me in growing the Fine & Country brand on the French Riviera and in Provence, since 2013.
As Managing Director, I draw my inspiration from building a team founded upon the best practices in real estate, nurturing a culture of integrity, fairness and true comradery amongst colleagues whilst promoting long-term vision over short-term gain when it comes to relationships and business.
Fresh out of university where I studied languages (French, Italian) and Politics with a Postgraduate in Business Management, I started my real estate career at 21, successfully selling villas on the slopes of iconic Table Mountain, in Cape Town. I never planned to work in real estate, but as with so many of the best experiences in life, “it just happened”, and fortunately it turned out to be my perfect path.
Inherent empathy, a deep desire to understand my client’s needs and an ambition to cultivate a trusted team of professional agents around me, has resulted in creating a career I adore where no day feels like “work”, and instead, every day is a blessing for which I am enormously grateful.
Outside of my real estate life, Alice loves Yoga in which I am qualified as an accredited teacher but I don't find time to teach anymore; I love walking (fast) every single day, my opportunity to think, or to listen to creative and motivational podcasts; I am a prolific reader and love to travel, in particular back to Africa.
